Peranakan Boutique Hotel - SHA Plus

The hotel is in a very centric and ideal area in Old Town Phuket with easy access to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc. The building is no too big but is perfect for the need. Has a rooftop with sofas, tables, chairs and lights. Pretty cozy. I loved there was daily cleaning and supplementary coffee, sugar, water and bathroom kit. Has a smart TV and small fridge. Bed was very comfy. When doing the check-in the reception gives you a map and recommendations around the area.

The room is very clean. The room service is very good. I did not expect there is room service, so the room was left messy with all my stuffs around the room before I went out in the morning. When I came back in the evening, everything is clean and tidy. They even helped me put my personal items into order. The bed is comfortable, much better than I expected. The staff at the reception is very nice. The location is not far from the central area of the town, but much quieter than the hotels in the town center.

Nice hotel near Old Town, but not in the middle of everything. It's quiet at night since it's away from the bars/restaurants, but still only a 5 minute walk from Old Town. The staff is super friendly and helped me extend my stay. The room/linens were clean, the AC works well, no creepy crawlies or bugs, and the door locks are secure. There's an area with a bar/hangers, a desk area with a chair, and a TV. No breakfast, but tea/coffee offered in the lobby. Limited parking spaces in front of the door, but it looks like street parking is available.

Upon entering the staff were very welcoming (and the smell was amazing - of the lobby not the staff haha). They gave us great tips were we could go around the city and we also rented a motorcycle from the hotel. The terrace on the top floor is accessible to all guests. We liked the big TV in the room as well preloaded with Netflix. Very clean hotel, with an awesome location.

The hotel is a family business and they treat you like family. It is well kept, clean, located on a main street, close to down town, restaurants and local buses services. My room was very big, it was cleaned everyday and they provided bottle water and toiletries everyday. They also provide laundry services for a fee. I needed a ride to the airport bus terminal and the manager drove me on his scooter at 5:30 in the morning. I am thankful to him and the whole personnel for all their services.
